1. Terms of Use

By using our mobile applications and services (“Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and all relevant regulations. You also agree that you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Apps. All content, materials, and software provided through the Apps are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use one copy of the materials (including information or software) provided by Chandrakant Patil for personal, non-commercial, and temporary viewing only. This permission is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you must not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display, attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any software, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server. This license will automatically end if you violate any of these restrictions and may also be terminated by Chandrakant Patil at any time. When the license ends, you must delete or destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed form.

Chandrakant Patil is not responsible for how you use the Apps or any content created through them. You must ensure that you own the rights to, or have proper permission to use, any images, videos, or other materials you upload, edit, or create using the Apps. All materials and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Chandrakant Patil makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. Chandrakant Patil also does not guarantee that the Apps or materials will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Chandrakant Patil or any associated suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Apps or materials. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if Chandrakant Patil has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials provided within the Apps or on related platforms may contain technical, typographical, or visual errors. Chandrakant Patil does not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or up to date. Changes may be made to the materials or services at any time without prior notice. However, Chandrakant Patil does not commit to updating any materials on a regular basis.
