Information We Collect

We collect some information to help our apps work properly and improve your experience. This includes information you choose to share with us, such as your name or username, email address for support or communication, and any feedback, questions, or survey responses you send us. We also automatically collect basic device and technical information when you use our apps, such as your device ID, device type and model, operating system version, browser type, screen size, IP address, general location (city or country), app instance ID, and advertising ID. This helps us understand how our apps are used, fix technical issues, and improve performance. We may also collect app usage and analytics data, such as which features you use, when you install and open the app, how often and how long you use it, and where you were referred from. Some of our apps allow you to select photos or videos for editing, and we only process the files you personally choose. 

We do not access your full gallery or albums. Media files are protected, and any metadata such as location tags is removed where possible. Photos or videos may be stored temporarily for a short time (usually 24 to 48 hours) so you can continue editing, and they are automatically deleted afterward. If an app uses face-related features, face data is handled carefully and only for app functionality, is never used for face recognition or identification, is not shared with any third parties, and is deleted immediately after the editing or processing is completed.

What Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details or any banking information. We do not access or store any content from your Google Drive account. We also do not collect sensitive personal information unless it is absolutely necessary for a specific app feature to work. In addition, we do not track or collect your precise real-time location.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect to provide and operate our services, make app features work properly, and improve the overall performance and functionality of our apps. This information also helps us personalize your experience, provide customer support, send important updates, understand how users interact with the app, and meet legal requirements. Photos or facial features are used only to deliver the app’s intended features and are never used for any other purpose.

Data Retention Policy

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide our services. Photos and videos are stored only while you are actively using the editing features and are deleted automatically within 1 to 24 hours after the session ends. Usage data may be kept for a longer time to help us improve the app and maintain security. Any data stored on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

Retention of Face Data

Face data is collected only when it is needed to provide specific editing features in the app and is kept only for the duration of the active editing session. In all cases, face data is stored for a very limited time and never for more than 24 hours. Once the editing or processing is completed, the face data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. We do not keep any copies or backups of face data, and it is not retained for any other purpose beyond providing the requested app functionality.

Third-Party Information Sources

In some situations, we may receive limited information about you from trusted third-party sources. This can happen when you contact us through external platforms, when fraud-prevention services alert us to suspicious activity, or when app stores confirm your subscription or purchase status. Any information received from third parties is used only for legitimate business purposes, such as providing support, ensuring security, and delivering app features, and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with trusted third parties such as cloud hosting providers, analytics services, advertising partners, and customer support providers, only as needed to operate and improve our services.
